For BioMed Realty, a leading real estate company specializing in developing and managing premium life science facilities across the US and UK, we led the development of “Discover Here Events” in partnership with their operations team. Recognizing an opportunity to strengthen tenant and community connections, our combined teams spearheaded the creation of signature events like yoga sessions, beer gardens, and art classes throughout all BioMed’s assets. We developed the strategic brand identity, crafted naming aligned with corporate messaging, orchestrated local influencer partnerships, and directed the creation of a dedicated event website and marketing collateral. Through our collaborative efforts, “Discover Here Events” became BioMed’s flagship community initiative, measurably improving tenant satisfaction and brand reputation.
