Intro

Brand management and design strategy to elevate experiences across touchpoints.

BioMed Realty needed a fresh new look and creative strategy to better enable sales and leverage investor relations by communicating their unique competitive focus and value prop in Life Science building and campus development across U.S. and Europe.  With an already established brand, but one that lacked consistency and felt dated, our goal was to retain their brand equity while evolving the visual and marketing experiences across all customer and partner touchpoints.  From establishing updated brand standards and guidelines, redesigning collateral, industry publications, and RFP’s, to designing custom property brands, event themes, interactive design such as building kiosks and monument signs, the creative update across BioMed established consistency in experience and alignment with the master brand, but also refreshed the company’s look and feel— better demonstrating they were a dynamic, growing and constantly evolving company.
