Intro
More Than Just a Surf Brand
Looking to create more than just another surf brand, Umbe was created to go beyond the board and appeal to those that are inspired through surf , delivering everything from Alaia boards, handplanes , Paipos, canvas surf bags, linen wallets, wooden lamps, hangers, benches, and more. Every item was thoughtfully designed to capture the uniqueness of the brand and insprired by natural elements and simple sophisticatoin. As lead partner and Creative Director, I built the brand from the ground up and established the brand identity (logo, website, advertising). I was also involved in designing many of the Umbe products (board bags, wallets, apparel, and more).
